We Offer

Standard Rates

We have a standard rate for each age. Each age group has its own rate, and families can choose a weekly or monthly plan.



Year Round Classes

We hold preschool classes all year. Preschool is part of our daily program, and classes run all year.



Summer Camp

We offer summer camp June, July, and August. School-age children can join our summer program and summer camp from June through August.



After School Programs

We offer after school programs during school year. We offer before and after school programs for local schools on our transportation route.

Child Care for Ages 6 Weeks to 12 Years

Depot Learning Spot has cared for children in Ogden since 2010. We are located near 12th Street and care for babies as young as 6 weeks old, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age kids up to 12 years old.

Our center is open Monday through Friday from 5:45 AM to 5:30 PM. Children spend the day in rooms with names like The Sun Kitchen and The Milky Way Hallway, and they play outside on our ISS and TSS playgrounds.

We are licensed with the Utah State Office of Child Care. Our center is also certified with the Weber/Morgan Health Department’s Top Star program, and we participate in the Child Nutrition Program.

We offer a learning environment that provides our children with a safe, educational, fun, inviting, and age-appropriate layout. Our Program builds trust in children, helping them learn more effectively. Our children’s development is reinforced with activities that engage and develop a child’s imagination, curiosity, and motor skills.

We take pride in supplying a facility for all children to rest and relax, as well as staying environmentally healthy, keeping our rooms and toys clean, sanitary, and organized each day.We believe that offering a safe and secure center is essential for our families. We have cameras set up throughout the building and a key code entry at the door.

Personal and Social Development

Here, children are given many opportunities to enhance social skills with group play and activities. Our staff encourages children to solve conflicts as a team by verbalizing their feelings. We teach that words are more powerful than any action.

We encourage children to develop positive peer interaction through various play and group activities. Our staff will model appropriate behavior to show how children should treat each other to build children’s friendships as well as offer positive experiences.

Positive Self Esteem

Every child needs positive self-esteem. Together, we can give children lots of positive attention. Children assist in defining rules, teaching them self-control and good decision making.

We talk about the importance of patience, sharing, and respecting other’s rights in order to build up a child’s confidence. Through play, interaction, role-play, and feedback, all our efforts will help each child grow and develop.
